Significant experience as a senior associate at a top‐tier law firm (e.g., Magic Circle) or as an in‐house counsel handling complex commercial, IP, AI‐governance and cross‐border matters. Proven ability to draft and negotiate high‐value SaaS, licensing and technology agreements.
Strong analytical, first‐principles reasoning and problem‐solving skills. Fluency in English; additional European language(s) a plus.
