Manage medical cases for travellers abroad – assess calls, gather clinical details, and provide clear, professional advice.
Coordinate care and transport – work with global teams to arrange treatment or other support as needed.
Guide patients and clients – ensure safe, cost‐effective decisions aligned with policy and duty of care.
Collaborate globally – liaise with our Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claims teams for seamless case progression. About You * Registered Nurse with acute, emergency or intensive care experience * Strong clinical judgement and communication skills * Ability to adapt to new systems and keep up to date with new technology * Ability to work in a fast‐paced, international environment * Previous medical
