Profile Description
We are seeking an independent scientist with a PhD degree and excellent skills in molecular oncology and immunology. Methods will include cell culture, drug screenings, genetic perturbations, multi-omics, and animal experiments. Your efforts will aim to identify and validate new immunotherapy approaches for immune refractory colorectal tumors.
Language skills
Proficiency in English for speaking and writing – English is the working language at the Institute.
Required skills
- Great communication skills and strong motivation to work in a collaborative and constructive lab environment
- Good knowledge of cancer biology and in vitro pharmacology
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with human and mouse cell culture and common molecular biology techniques
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with animal cancer models
Additionally desired skills
- Advanced skills in data analysis and graphical processing
- Familiarity with bioinformatic analyses and interpretation of genomic/transcriptomic data will be considered a plus
Educational experience
PhD degree in Molecular Medicine/Oncology, Experimental Cancer Immunology, or related fields.
