Does this spark your interest? About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Retail Representative who shares our passion for providing quality products and an excellent customer care experience.
The Retail Representative works closely and collaboratively with store leadership and reports to the General Manager. This role is responsible for providing customers with exceptional service by meeting individual needs, exceeding expectations, and demonstrating excellent knowledge of the cannabis products, deals, and promotions we offer.
Successful candidates will complete mandatory training through JARS University - conducted both virtually and in-person at our mock-store training facility - ensuring staff are well-educated on JARS' policies, procedures, and company culture.
