Responsibilities include, but not limited to * Assisting with the coordination and management of all project phases, including planning, execution, and closeout * Collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project goals and deadlines are met * Assisting in preparing project schedules, budgets, and work plans * Monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and updating project documentation * Supporting procurement efforts, including tracking materials and equipment deliveries * Helping to manage subcontractor performance and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards * Conducting site visits to aid with inspections, meetings,
and quality control activities * Helping to address any issues or changes that arise during construction, ensuring timely resolutions * Preparing and distributing regular project status reports to stakeholders * Aiding with the project financials, including invoice approvals and budget tracking Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.
Experience you'll need * A degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 1-3 years of experience in construction, project management, or a similar role * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams * Ability to use project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar tools * Basic understanding of construc
