For the next season, we are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join the team at BLU HOTEL. Main duties & responsibilities: - Fulfill operations of the Front Desk, according to the company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times;
- Maintain professional relationship with Guests and Colleagues;
- He / she will start work cover in early afternoon.
- Anticipate Guests’ needs and handle Guests’ complaints;
- Responsible for cash accounting (payment of guest bills), reservations booking, telephone calls and mails answers. **Requirements**: - At least 2 years of experience in the same role in high rated hotels
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
- Fluent in Italian and English. A third language is an element of precedence in the evaluation.
- High standards of service
- Punctuality in working hours.
- Knowledge of PC reservations management systems (We already use Slope) Other requirements: - Effective and punctual written and verbal communication in order to update relevant colleagues and department.
- He/she exhibits the ability to successfully work together united within a group whilst showing respect and willing to share information and skills. He/she is willing to continuously develop him/herself.
- He/she should be accurate and precise in all duties and checks carried out.
He/she demonstrates a sense of urgency and take ownership of one’s tasks and responsibilities.

- Start date:April 2025 to End date: October 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons.
- Salary as by CCNL + separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR Accomodation: - We do not offer room and board - Preferably local residence. Contratto di lavoro: Tempo parziale, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 7 mesi Retribuzione: €850,00 - €1.200,00 al mese Ore previste: 20 - 30 a settimana Benefit: - Orario flessibile Disponibilità: - Dal lunedì al venerdì
