We are seeking two skilled and driven Project Managers to lead the development of renewable energy projects (wind onshore, photovoltaic, BESS). You will manage a portfolio of greenfield and partially developed projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. As Project Managers, you will lead cross-functional project teams, manage key stakeholders, and navigate complex development landscapes. **Main Responsibilities**: - Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines while leading and optimizing project strategies.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including internal staff and external consultants.
- Secure permits, land agreements, and grid connections while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Manage risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure project constructability and market competitiveness. **Stakeholder Engagement**: - Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, authorities, landowners, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct due diligence assessments for project acquisitions and stay informed about industry trends. **Your qualifications and experience**:
We are looking for driven and passionate professionals who want to shape the future of renewable energy. **Experience & Expertise** You have a strong background in project management within the renewable energy sector,
particularly in wind and solar PV projects. For the senior role, you bring at least 7+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale renewable projects. For the second role, you have 3-5 years of relevant project development experience and show clear potential for growth. You excel at leading teams, managing stakeholders, and driving projects to completion while balancing budgets and timelines. Your track record demonstrates success in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and securing key permits, land agreements, and grid connections. You demonstrate a proactive approach to building long-term relationships, complemented by strong communication skills. **Education & Technical Skills**: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, law, or a related field.
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
