As F&B; Purchasing Manager, you are passionate about developing and executing the purchasing strategy to support our F&B; product lines. Your mission? Maintain the cost efficiency while upholding our commitment to excellence in the Hospitality Industry. Your responsibilities include: - Expertly developing strategic procurement plan for Food & Beverage
- Exhibiting your impeccable knowledge of the supplier landscape identifing and establishing long-term partnerships to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality products.
- Mastering the art of negotiation to arrange great contracts with suppliers.
- Evaluate the suppliers performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze the market to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock management and minimize excess inventory.
- Staying updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to the F&B; category. Exceed expectations revealing: - A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
- Previous experience as F&B; Manager and/or Procurement Manager is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the Italian F&B; industry.
- 4+ years' high-level procurement experience.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
