Your Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate ERP Manager to join our Global IT team and lead the evolution of our enterprise systems landscape. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for governing, optimizing, and continuously improving the company's ERP platform, ensuring alignment between business processes, operational excellence, and corporate objectives.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain,
Operations, HR, Sales, and IT to maximize the value delivered by the ERP ecosystem, driving innovation, process efficiency, and data quality across the organization. Lead the complete lifecycle of ERP initiatives, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post go-live support.
Manage ERP-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Partner with business leaders and functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
Ensure ERP data integrity, governance, security, and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process analysis and optimization.
Manage ERP upgrades, releases, system enhancements, and issue resolution activities.
Develop adoption and training programs to maximize user engagement and system effectiveness.
