Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled **Tax Manager** to join our team at Technogym Village in Cesena, Italy. Reporting to our Administration manager, you will be responsible for managing direct and indirect taxes and transfer pricing at global level. You will ensure compliance with tax regulations, optimize tax processes and provide strategic tax planning to support our business objectives.
Your Impact- Supervise corporate tax management globally, in close coordination with the Administration manager.
- Manage and coordinate business tax compliance and tax advisory engagements, ensuring adherence to tax laws at global level.
- Supervise tax calculations for direct and indirect taxes.
- Oversee transfer pricing policies and documentation to support intra-group transactions.
- Assist in the effective management of customs duties and customs audits.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate tax reporting in financial statements.
- Act as primary liaison with tax authorities, managing tax audits and controversies, coordinating with external advisors as necessary.
- Support business initiatives by providing tax implications of various decisions.
- Stay updated on tax regulations, monitoring new regulations that may impact the company or group.
About YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. What you should bring: - Degree in Business Administration, Tax Law or related field, with a preference for additional qualifications as Chartered Accountant.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in direct / indirect tax and transfer pricing, ideally in a multinational and/or international tax advisory firm.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, accounting and compliance.
- Experience in tax ruling drafting and audit management.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and develop solutions when faced with challenges.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and self-confidence to explain tax concepts to internal and external contacts at all levels
- Fluency in English.
