- Floor Service: Welcoming guests, taking orders, upselling and providing table service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Bar Support: Assisting the bar team with coffee service, basic drinks, and serving appetizers.
- Event Management: Setting up and serving during private parties, themed nights, and live music sessions.
- Guest Relations: Sharing knowledge about our menu and services.
- Operations: Ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic standards of the dining and common areas; end of day closure and reports, using CRM and operational system.
