- Ensure adequate technical and application support by intervening with Customers promptly and professionally.
- Starting from the pre-installation phase, retrieve the necessary information in order to manage, follow and develop the activities related to the installation and the entire post-sales cycle of Field.

- Performs repairs, preventive maintenance, electrical checks and HW/SW updates of the instruments in the times and ways defined by the Area Service Managers in harmony with the Customer
