About The Role At the moment we are looking for an Internal sales in our PC Businees Unit.
The person will be experienced in building excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge.
The internal Sales Specialist will be experienced in generating new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and in having a general conversation around a solution/product area; always in the direction of achieving monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES * Proactively manage the customers lifecycle * Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts * Engages in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes * Manages customer backorder and Report along specialist knowledge * Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions * Drives sales of specific products/ vendors if specific knowledge is required, collaborating with colleagues and General Sales Force * Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * 1-2 years of experience * Numerate with good attention to detail * Excellent telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills * Priority management and planning skills * Strive to achieve set targets * Understands Sales Process * Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM * IT industry know
