Our vision is a Software as a Service to help digitalize the healthcare industry. We developed AlfaDocs, the first 100% all-in-one cloud platform for Patient Relationship & Practice Management. We are looking for an experienced Head of HR & Administration (all genders) to lead our HR and Administration teams, currently consisting of 5 team members. Responsibilities * Oversee and develop all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and performance management across the organization * Ensure the effective administration of payroll operations for Italy and Germany, setting standards and ensuring accuracy * Management of employment contracts for Italy and Germany, establishing best practices and ensuring compliance * Design and drive HR strategies that support and advance business goals and objectives * Safeguard legal and policy compliance,



proactively monitoring adherence to labor laws and internal regulations * Champion initiatives focused on employee relations, engagement, and well‐being, fostering a positive workplace culture * Manage benefits administration and compensation strategies * Lead the development and continuous improvement of the training and development programs that promote leadership capability and employee growth Administration * Oversee and develop daily office operations (incl. Office Management & Accounting), ensuring a productive and efficient work environment * Serve as a constructive sparring partner to our Teamlead Administration Requirements * Proven experience in a similar position in HR & Administration, preferably within a fast‐growing company * Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams * Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management * In‐depth knowledge of Italian labor law an
