This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple requests in a structured environment. Key Responsibilities * Handle HR inquiries via chat, email, or phone in Mandarin and English * Provide support on HR policies, employee records, payroll, and benefits * Resolve issues or elevate complex cases to the relevant HR teams * Maintain accurate documentation of employee interactions * Ensure service quality and response time meet company standards * Support administrative HR tasks when required Requirements * Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written) * Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service, Help Desk, or HR support * Strong communication and problem‐solving skills * Detail‐oriented and able to work in a fast‐paced environment * Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
