A Day in the Life

As our new Make Up Quality Control Laboratory Technician, you will join the Quality team in Settimo Torinese, reporting to the Lab Manager. You will ensure our iconic make-up products (foundations, lipsticks, powders) meet the highest safety, compliance, and aesthetic standards.

- Analytical Control: Perform physical-chemical analyses (viscosity, density, pH, colorimetry) on make-up raw materials, bulks, and finished products.
- Compliance &
- Release: Ensure strict adherence to GLP/GMP guidelines, manage batch releases in SAP/FlexNet, and assist with non-conformity investigations.
- Equipment &
- Materials: Monitor lab equipment calibration, manage reagent stocks, and coordinate with suppliers for consumables.
- Shop-Floor Collaboration: Conduct quality audits on production lines, collaborate with manufacturing teams, and actively participate in OPTILAB meetings to optimize lab performance.

We Are Looking For You are a methodical and precise professional, eager to collaborate in a dynamic, high-tech industrial plant.

- Education: Degree in Chemistry, CTF, or Chemical Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of physical-chemical laboratory testing and strong color sensitivity.
- IT &
- Systems: Good command of MS Office (Excel) and eagerness to work with industrial software (SAP).
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail,



proactive team spirit, and effective communication for shift handovers.
- Languages: Fluent Italian; good comprehension of technical English, French is a plus.
