What You'll Do:
Managemedicalcasesfortravellersabroad –assesscalls,gatherclinicaldetails,andprovideclear,professionaladvice.
Coordinatecareandtransport –workwithglobalteamstoarrangetreatmentorothersupportasneeded.
Guidepatientsandclients –ensuresafe,cost-effectivedecisionsalignedwithpolicyanddutyofcare.
Collaborateglobally–liaise with our Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claims teams for seamless case progression.
