Position summary
Il Manufacturing Engineer è responsabile della progettazione, ottimizzazione e miglioramento continuo dei processi produttivi dello stabilimento, con l’obiettivo di massimizzare efficienza, qualità, sicurezza e sostenibilità dei costi.
Collabora strettamente con Produzione, Qualità, Manutenzione e Aziende Esterne per garantire il raggiungimento dei target operativi.
Main responsibilities
1. Ottimizzazione dei Processi Produttivi
Analizzare e migliorare i processi produttivi esistenti (tempi ciclo, layout, flussi)
Identificare inefficienze e implementare azioni correttive
Definire e mantenere standard di processo (work instructions, cicli, parametri)
2. Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing)
Guidare iniziative di miglioramento continuo (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM)
Ridurre sprechi (muda) e variabilità dei processi
Supportare programmi di Operational Excellence
3. Industrializzazione di Nuovi Prodotti
Partecipare all’introduzione di nuovi prodotti/processi
Definire cicli produttivi, layout e attrezzature
Supportare attività di PFMEA e validazione processo
4. Supporto alla Produzione
Intervenire su problematiche tecniche e di processo
Collaborare con operatori e capi reparto per migliorare performance
Monitorare KPI produttivi (efficienza, scarti, OEE)
5. Qualità e Riduzione Difetti
Analizzare cause radice (Root Cause Analy
