Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Manager to be employed in our Milan office for the Luxury & Fashion area. Role porpose As Client Manager you’ll liaise closely with our clients (Fashion & Luxury industry) throughout their creative and campaigns, and be the main day to day client contact. As Client Manager, you’ll also help to support your wider account team to drive revenue growth by building upon these client relationships. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills and client rapport will help you succeed as an Client Manager.
- Key Accountabilities
- Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to engage high-profile stakeholders using the appropriate tone and approach.
- Keep updated on the Client’s marketplace through competitor reviews and reading
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail, with the ability to recognize and enhance brand-defining elements.
- Develop strong working relationships with Clients
- Ensure Client needs are met quickly, efficiently and completely
- Outstanding writing and presentation skills,
with fluency in both Italian and English (spoken and written).
- Ensuring compliance with the defined timings and a high quality output for all activities;
- Take creative/artwork comments from Clients, discussing with AD/CD when appropriate
- Familiarity with market insights and trend analysis related to the luxury industry. Person Specification
- Mandatory Luxury and fashion client management
- Management of productions in the luxury and fashion industry
- At least 4 years of experience in international agencies/projects on luxury/fashion industries
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- Excellent organizational and relational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and autonomy in day-to-day project management.
