Bears with Benefits and Vitarmonyl). We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager with strong strategic and analytical skills, deep knowledge of the FMCG and retail industry, and the ability to lead marketing initiatives that support both brand and category growth.
Key Responsibilities * Consolidate and coordinate the national promotional plan alongside local-specific initiatives, ensuring alignment and effective execution across all markets ensuring proper planning, execution, and performance tracking in close collaboration with Sales and Finance teams, with a focus on promo profitability and ROI. * Manage promo forecasting, including estimations related to display materials and promotional tools, working closely with Sales and Supply Chain. * Analyze sell-out data for the brand's category and adjacent categories, with a strong focus on:
