Posizione Bulgari Gioielli, within its Supply Chain Department - High Jewelry Workshop based in Rome, is searching for an Inventory Control & Order Fulfillment Specialist. Responsabilità del lavoro Mission Manage all logistic activities within the Bulgari High Jewelry Workshop for raw materials, prototypes, semi-finished, and finished products, ensuring efficient and proper material handling, document completeness, and correct registrations in the systems, according to Company F&A; and Logistics procedures.
Profilo Accountabilities * Perform all activities (picking, packing, good receipt and good issue) regarding national/international shipments, verifying conformity of the received/issued products and to the documentation, compliant with import/export norms * Manage/perform product intra-plant movements and register pertinent data in the system. * Support Product Managers with the product finalization flow and reworking flow * Support management for KPIs analysis and update logistic dashboard
- Perform and manage reconciliations with suppliers and internal customers according to company procedures.
- Guarantee logistics support to events and fairs.
- Perform periodically inventory of stock and manage pertinent data in the system, handling inventory discrepancies between physical and financial values according to F&A; procedures and indications.
- Maintain inventory control records and provide solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Act as a reference point for IT projects.
- Support manager on optimization and implementation of new flows and tools. Informazioni aggiuntive per i candidati Competencies * Master's degree in Engineering or Economics * 2 years' experience in similar roles within structured environments or a consultancy firm * Knowledge of inventory techniques, warehouse, and stock management * Project management tools and techniques * Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) – SAP/Power BI as a plus * Fluency in Italian and English * Time mana
