Join or sign in to find your next job Join to apply for the Senior Account Manager role at Aptar Aptar is seeking a Senior Account Manager, South East Europe based in Aptar Chieti, responsible for developing the business of the assigned accounts as well as expanding the customer base. You will implement Aptar's strategy within the account by designing and executing account strategies and seeking new customers. As a Senior Account Manager, you will:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop new business with existing and new clients and identify areas for growth
Assess the potential and attractiveness of customers
Promote Aptar's full range of products and services to establish long-term relationships
Prepare and monitor annual sales budgets and customer forecasts Education
At least 5 years of experience managing geographically extended sales organizations
~2 years of experience working directly with multinational clients
~ Experience collaborating with operations to balance different needs
~ Proficiency in Italian and English; French is a plus Preferred
Ability to work effectively in an international environment Travel
