The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing integrated solutions for complex plants designed to provide access to the latest technologies in our large-scale projects worldwide. Following the guidelines of the Engineering Processes Digitalization Head of Department, the resource will have the following main responsibilities. Map and analyze the current utilization of Process Simulation tools across Group companies, identifying use cases, methodologies, best practices and improvement opportunities.
Define and maintain standards, guidelines and governance models for the adoption of Process Simulation technologies.
Support the selection and assessment of simulation platforms and related applications, evaluating their suitability for different engineering scenarios and project phases.
Collaborate with Process Engineering departments to identify opportunities for improving engineering efficiency, quality and automation through simulation technologies. Digital Integration and Engineering Processes:
Standardize the adoption of Process Simulation tools within the Engineering Digital Landscape, ensuring consistency with engineering workflows and data management.
Support the integration of simulation platforms with other engineering systems including process design applications, equipment data management systems, material management platforms, document management solutions, digital twin and AI-enabled en
