As a **Front Office Agent** at **The Plein Hotel** you will deliver excellence within our guest experience with every interaction, ensuring our guests have a truly memorable stay though the experience you and our team provide. About **The Plein Hotel**:

With destination dining, a curated selection of bars and nightclub hosting must-attend parties and pop-up events, The Plein is a place to see and be seen. Your **main tasks** will include: - Friendly and efficient check-in and check-out of the highest standard;
- Answering all guest enquiries;
- Providing information about the hotel and the local area to our guests;
- Supporting the rest of the Front of House team to provide an excellent welcome and departures experience for all guests and visitors. For this very important role, we're looking for someone with: - Higher degree, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality Management or Business Administration;
- At least **3 years of experience matured as both Front Office Agent and Receptionist** in Five-Star Luxury Hotels and previous face-to-face customer service experience;
- Very good level of both **Italian and English** (both spoken and written);
- General knowledge of the **hospitality and entertainment sectors**;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, in a very centric area of **Milan**;
