Responsabilità principali:
- Lavare, pulire e sanificare stoviglie, pentole, padelle e attrezzature da cucina in modo snello e tempestivo
- Mantenere la pulizia di tutte le aree della cucina, inclusi pavimenti, banconi, postazioni di lavoro e aree di stoccaggio
- Supportare le attività base di preparazione degli alimenti secondo le indicazioni degli chef (es. pelare, tagliare, porzionare ingredienti)
- Garantire il corretto stoccaggio degli ingredienti, controllando scadenze ed etichettando correttamente i prodotti
- Utilizzare le attrezzature di cucina in sicurezza e segnalare eventuali malfunzionamenti ai responsabili
- Rispettare tutte le procedure di sicurezza alimentare, igiene e protocollo HACCP
- Supportare la ricezione delle consegne e lo stoccaggio della merce nelle aree corrette
- Mantenere elevati standard di igiene personale, cura dell'aspetto e comportamento professionale
- Supportare il team di cucina durante i periodi di maggiore affluenza, banchetti ed eventi
- Rispettare le policy dell'hotel in materia di puntualità, presenza e comportamento professionale
Requisiti
- Preferibile esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi, anche minima
- Conoscenza base delle norme igienico-sanitarie e HACCP (titolo preferenziale)
- Attenzione ai dettagli e affidabilità
- Possesso della necessaria autorizzazione a lavorare in un Paese europeo
- Residenza a Milano
