Renesas is seeking a brilliant and motivated MSc student in Electronic Engineering for an internship to develop his/her final graduation thesis. The internship has a duration of six months to be spent in the new Renesas design center located in Catania, Italy. Objective of the internship is to perform research and development in the silicon validation automation domain with a special focus on Power Management IC. During the internship, the candidate will join the Performance Computing Power team in Catania working side by side with experienced engineers that will provide guidance and support throughout any technical challenge. Design, develop, and optimize advanced laboratory test setups for complex silicon evaluation Develop automated validation frameworks and measurement scripts using Python.
Perform data acquisition, statistical analysis, result correlation, and preparation of detailed technical reports. Collaborate closely with Design, Applications, Firmware, Product and Test Engineers.
