We are looking for a Human Resources Intern in Milan As Human Resources Intern, you will join our Human Resources team In this role,
you will report to Human Resources Specialist and will have the opportunity to support the HR activities at 360 degrees for the Italian and Greek team, acting as Business Partner in a challenging and fast moving environment. - Support recruiting process (preparation of job descriptions, coordination of job interviews, correspondence with applicants, and support of Hiring Managers)
- Support onboarding process of new hires (preparation and follow-up of various documents, planning and coordination of onboarding, responsibility for the HR onboarding presentation, implementation of new ideas to improve the candidate journey)
- Support the activity of HR business partnership
- Be responsible for updating employee files and ensuring the proper filing of various documents
