What You'll Do
You will join the HR team supporting Network Strategy & Engineering, an international function of approximately 3,500 employees across more than 10 countries.
You will work closely with HR Business Partners, supporting them in day‐to‐day activities with a strong focus on HR process support and people analytics. * Support key HR processes (performance & talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning and budget, Annual Salary Review) * Support people analytics activities (data collection, analysis and consolidation related to workforce, performance, talent and reward)
* Prepare presentations and supporting materials for HR and business meetings * Contribute to HR coordination within an international and matrix organisation * Collaborate with local and global HR teams (Centres of Expertise, HR Operations, HRBPs) * Support ad‐hoc analytical tasks and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes Who You Are * You are curious, well organised and eager to learn quickly * You have good communication and collaboration skills * You are interested in understanding how HR decisions support the business * You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable working with data and numbers * You feel comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment Requirements * University degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Humanities, Statistics or similar fields * Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
