**Technical-Scientific Association based in central Milan - Urgent Search** **Position**: Editorial Secretary & Digital Marketing (Part-Time - 4 hours/day - Hybrid Mode) **Remuneration**: To be agreed according to experience
**Requirements Necessary**: - Bachelor's degree in humanities or technical-scientific field
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
- Advanced skills in the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with WordPress for digital content management (preferred)
- Organisational skills, accuracy in meeting deadlines and aptitude for teamwork **Main tasks**
- Digital journal editing (formatting, coordination with authors, scientific committee and editor, proofreading, DOI assignment, database management)
- Creation and scheduling of content for social media
- Optimisation of online presence (monitoring analytics, promotional campaigns)
- Collaboration with the team for promotion of events organised by the Association
- Creating content for the promotion of events organised by the Association **Offer**:



- Tempo parziale 4-hour contract with flexible hours
- Hybrid mode (remote and on-site work)
