and employee engagement.Ensure, in compliance with applicable regulations and in line with company policies, the proper definition, recruitment, and management of plant personnel, while ensuring and developing their professional capabilities;Collaborate with senior management to ensure the proper application of the Employee Charter principles;Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the plant's occupational health service, maintaining high quality standards and compliance with applicable regulations;Manage change management processes at plant level (reorganizations, operational transformations, new organizational models);Support the implementation of new organizational structures and competency frameworks;Ensure effective management of industrial relations and legal matters, including any disputes, fostering continuous improvement of the company climate;Promote positive and inclusive company
