**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and respond to intrusion and fire alarm systems to ensure immediate intervention and safety
- Operate and supervise CCTV systems to detect and prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activity
- Manage access control systems,
ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of the premises
- Support emergency response procedures and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of incidents, interventions, and routine activities
- Collaborate with the broader security team to ensure 24/7 coverage and seamless shift transitions
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and vigilance at all times
- Report any probable source of risk or danger to the integrity of the assets and the safety of people **Required Education**
- Completion of mandatory firearms training and certification for safe handling and use of weapons
- High school diploma
- A valid Prefectural Decree (Decreto Prefettizio) authorizing the individual to serve as a 'Guardia Particolare Giurata' is considered a plus **Required Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in private or corporate security, preferably in a 24/7 operational environment
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure or emergency situations
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with alarm systems, CCTV, and access control technologies **Technical Competencies**
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) for reporting and communication
- Skilled in operating electronic security systems, including CCTV, intrusion detection, and fire alarms
- Competence in handling and maintaining firearms in accordance with legal and safety standards **Required Behaviours and Competencies**

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
