Junior Full Stack Developer Windows/Java:
TXT e-Tech Srl, part of the TXT Group, is looking for 2 Full Stack Windows/Java Developers to join a major client operating in the industrial/aerospace sector, based in Grottaglie (TA), Italy.
The selected candidate will join a diverse and multidisciplinary team, working directly at the client’s premises. They will support the analysis and definition of functional and non-functional requirements, the analysis and definition of interfaces to be implemented or updated, and the definition of traceability matrices.
They will also be involved in the development of front-end and/or back-end components, the implementation of unit tests, and the preparation of technical documentation supporting the project.
Required Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of the Java programming language;
Knowledge of the Java SE development environment and web-based applications developed in PHP;
Knowledge of XML/XSD, HTML, CSS and PHP;
Experience with Maven, Hibernate and Spring Boot frameworks;
Knowledge of JUnit or equivalent Java testing frameworks;
Knowledge of Bash scripting and XML;
Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python;
Familiarity with Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems;
Experience with major development IDEs such as Eclipse, JetBrains and Visual Studio;
Knowledge of Design Patterns, UML and Enterprise Architect;
Knowledge of graphical frameworks such as Swing and JavaFX.
Requirements
High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related disciplines;
1-2 years of experience in software development activities;
Good knowledge of Italian and English;
Team-oriented mindset;
Strong problem-solving skills.

Location: Grottaglie (TA)
Work mode: On-site at the client’s premises

The position offers a permanent contract and a planned gross annual salary ranging between EUR 32,000 and EUR 37,000.
The employment level will be defined during the selection process, based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the Italian Metalworkers Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico).
