Sommelier manages the Sommelier team, oversees training and development, ensures impeccable wine list execution, and collaborates closely with culinary, restaurant, and beverage leadership to deliver a seamless and elevated dining journey across the ship. WSET Level 3/4 is highly preferable for this position.
