- Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory) **Position Summary** You will be the main point of contact for stakeholders in Marketing and Sales area and responsible of delivering the agreed Integrated Data Roadmap. **A day in the life of a IT Data Analyst & Scientist**
You’ll be responsible for using advanced analytics to provide robust modeling and measurements of key levers of our strategies, providing guidance on how to optimize investments or to identify and pursue commercial opportunities. As part of this role you will need to: - Partner with stakeholders to build and deliver a portfolio of advanced analytics initiatives in Marketing and Sales area.
- Work closely with Market functions, Globally and Regionally Managed teams, and Above Market entities to identify and answer business problems/questions using appropriate modeling techniques on available data.
- Conduct end-to-end analyses - work that includes requirements specification, data gathering from various data storage platforms, data processing tasks, various data analysis and modeling techniques, ongoing business deliverables and internal customer presentations.
- Design and execute analytical projects in collaboration with business, data engineering, and other specialists.
- Partner with data engineers to improve data assets, quality, metrics and insights.
- Build accurate and timely reports and self-service dashboards. **What Will Make You Successful**
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Econometrics or Data Science.
- Experience in cloud-based agile, DevOps experience.
- Proven professional experience in a complex, matrix environment on an international level.
- Proven collaboration, teamwork and stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a proactive mindset.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to details.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in plain language.
- Ability to analyze, model and interpret data.
- Direct experience in a Marketing and Sales business context would be a plus.
