This position reports to: HR Business Partner
Location: Global, with preference for European time zone
As a Global HR Projects Manager, you will lead the execution of strategic HR initiatives and projects across the Service Division, Electrification, in alignment with business strategy as well as group guidance, policies and procedures. You will partner with Regional HR Business Partners across three regions (Europe, Middle East and Africa; Asia; and Americas) and Global HR Business Partners to design,
implement and deliver impactful HR programs that drive organizational effectiveness and talent excellence.
Your responsibilities
- Design and lead end-to-end HR projects and programs, translating business requirements into actionable project plans with clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics
- Engage and influence business leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project vision, scope, and deliverables
- Oversee program management across three global regions, coordinating with Regional HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and successful implementation
- Lead the design and execution of early talent initiatives and programs, development and learning activities that support organizational needs and career progression
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks; track progress against defined KPIs and proactively address barriers
