Position: German-Speaking Customer Support Agent
Location: Athens, Greece – Piraeus
Work Model: Onsite
Working Hours: Rotational shifts, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Languages: German – Fluent/Native + English B2+
Employment Type: Full-time

Your Responsibilities
As a German-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will:
- Provide professional customer support in German via inbound phone, chat, and email
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
- Follow established processes, procedures, and scripts
- Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-focused approach
Requirements
- Fluent or native-level German
- English B2 level or higher
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to relocate to and work onsite in Athens, Greece
