Full Stack AI Developer (.NET, React)

Our client is modernizing a large enterprise fleet management platform, with an immediate focus on its complex supply chain domain. You will work directly with their engineering teams in a co-delivery model to decompose the system and build new modular components.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications.
- Build backend services, APIs, and data-access components.
- Develop single-page applications and transition them toward Microfrontend architectures.
- Use AI development tools to accelerate coding, refactoring, debugging, test creation, and documentation.
- Validate AI-generated code to ensure it meets correctness, security, and engineering standards.
- Collaborate in agile ceremonies, technical design, and code reviews alongside US and offshore engineering teams.
What We’re Looking For
Must have:
- Significant software engineering experience using .NET and C#.
- Strong hands-on experience building enterprise-grade frontends with React.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB.
- Experience working with Entity Framework and Dapper.
- Proven integration of AI-assisted engineering tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot) into your daily development workflow for design, generation, and code review.
- Understanding of modular application architecture and platform decomposition.
Soft skills:
- Strong communication skills to collaborate directly with client engineers in a distributed, co-delivery setup.
Nice to have:
- Background in modernizing large monolithic systems using domain-driven design.
- Experience with logistics, supply chain, or fleet management platforms.
- Experience supporting teams in the early stages of AI-assisted SDLC adoption.
