- Creation and updating of the item database, ensuring correct classification and coding
- Management of product-related information, including technical data and descriptions **Order Management**
- Processing and entering purchase orders into the system
- Monitoring order status and communicating with suppliers
- Managing any changes or cancellations of orders **Invoice Control**
- Verifying the consistency between invoices and purchase orders
- Reconciling invoices with delivery documents
- Managing any discrepancies and reporting errors **Data Analysis**
- Collecting and analyzing purchasing data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and potential issues
- Preparing periodic reports **Team Support**
- Inventory management
- Assisting in supplier contract negotiations
- Participating in special projects related to procurement process optimization **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- Excellent knowledge of main IT tools, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Plus: previous experience in procurement or administration
