What We're Building
We are looking for talented professionals to join our Incubation & Exploration portfolio — where we're shaping the next wave of enterprise AI. This includes a no-code Agentic AI Builder that empowers business users to create autonomous agents without writing a single line of code, and an Agent Governance Platform designed to deploy, monitor,
and secure agents at scale across the enterprise.
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Field Delivery Engineer/Forward Deployed Engineer, you will translate HCL Software's Agentic Platform into customized, production-ready solutions for enterprise clients — building integrations, resolving complex issues, and training client teams to maximise ROI on their software investments.
Translate HCL Software products into production-ready, client-tailored solutions that fit existing enterprise infrastructure.
Build APIs, automation scripts, and custom data pipelines to integrate HCL solutions seamlessly into legacy and modern systems.
Provide on-site or remote diagnostic support — resolve edge cases and debug production issues under tight, client-driven deadlines.
Lead technical discovery workshops, act as a subject matter expert, and train client teams to maximize adoption and ROI.
Proactively document solutions, configurations, and known issue
