Your Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Account & Customer Success to achieve sales and profitability targets for our digital offerings (software, hardware, and devices)
in Italy. You will support Field Sales in pre-sales activities, provide product training, and proactively visit prospects and customers to sell software solutions.
Your Impact
- Achieve sales and profitability targets for our digital offerings (software, hardware, and devices).
- Support Field Sales in pre-sales activities, providing product training on our Wellness Network offering.
- Define a list of prospects and customers to proactively visit and sell software solutions, regardless of existing equipment opportunities.
- Educate and activate customers through e-learning, live education, and tutoring to ensure the highest usage of the Mywellness platform and maximize active users.
- Build best practices based on successful customer case histories to demonstrate the value of our digital solution offering.
