BALA | Naples
We’re looking for an English teacher to join our team in Naples.
But we’re not simply looking for someone who speaks English well.
We’re looking for someone who can bring English to life in the classroom — someone curious, open-minded and genuinely interested in people, cultures and communication.
You don’t have to be a native speaker. What matters to us is your level of English, your international experience and what you can bring to our students.
We’d love to meet you if you:
- Have an excellent level of English (C1/C2)
- Have lived, studied or worked abroad, or have significant international experience
- Have a strong cultural background and enjoy sharing it with others
- Are genuinely interested in teaching and working with learners
- Are curious, open to learning and keen to continue developing professionally
- Can create a positive, engaging classroom environment
- Have teaching experience and/or a recognised teaching qualification such as CELTA, TEFL or equivalent
Teaching experience is important, but we’re also interested in your potential and your willingness to grow.
What we offer
At BALA, we believe teachers should be learners too.
You’ll become part of a supportive teaching team, work with different levels and age groups, and have opportunities to develop your teaching skills and gain experience in a professional language-school environment.
This is an onsite teaching position in Naples.
If you’re looking for more than simply another teaching job — and you’d like to grow, learn and bring your own international experience into the classroom — we’d love to hear from you.
Apply with your CV and answer the screening questions below.
