As an Human Resources Global Operations, Southern Europe - Vice President at JPMorganChase within the Human Resources function, you will partner with regional leaders to deliver, transform, and govern Human Resources operational services across Southern Europe. You will lead service delivery optimization, automation, and continuous improvement while ensuring strong controls and compliance across designated markets. You will work closely with business stakeholders, specialist Human Resources teams, technology partners, and shared service teams across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute the Southern Europe Human Resources operations strategy aligned to regional and global prioritiesGovern end-to-end Human Resources service delivery across the employee lifecycle, including case management, benefits administration, leave management, payroll governance, vendor oversight, and records managementLead transformation initiatives across automation, digital process redesign, employee self-service, and operating model improvementsDrive the adoption and optimization of service platforms (including ServiceNow) to improve employee experience and operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with local labor, payroll, privacy, regulatory, risk, audit, and control requirements across Southern Europe (including Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Malta, and other designated markets)Partner with stakeholders across Human Resources, technology, finance, risk, legal, and compliance to deliver firmwide outcomesUse operational metrics and insigh
