POSITION SUMMARY The Demi-Chef de Partie supports the kitchen team in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food according to company standards. Working under the guidance of senior chefs, the Demi-Chef de Partie ensures cleanliness, food safety, and quality in all kitchen operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their culinary skills in a professional and fast-paced environment while contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and food safety procedures.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Support senior chefs during service and daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Culinary school degree.
- Basic culinary knowledge and passion for food.
- Previous related experience for at least 1 year.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry kitchen supplies when required.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
