About the RoleThe Project Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling the financial and operational performance of EPC projects throughout their lifecycle.
Working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, the role ensures effective cost control, forecasting, reporting and project performance monitoring, supporting informed decision-making and helping deliver projects on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and hands-on professional, comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing international environment. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers in defining project budgets, cost structures and financial baselines.
Monitor project costs, forecasts, cash flow and financial performance throughout project execution.
Analyse Budget, Actual Costs, Forecast, ETC and EAC, identifying deviations, risks and opportunities.
Prepare monthly project reports, dashboards and KPI analysis.
Support monthly closing activities and project financial reviews with the Finance team.
Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Finance to ensure alignment across all project phases.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project control processes, reporting tools and governance.
