You will champion Project Electrify across the region, putting a massive 250 million euro investment plan into action to unlock new revenue and elevate our locations. Working hand in hand with our Director of Asset Management, you will pitch bold commercial deals, refine regional models, and turn big ideas into signed contracts. You bring the vision and the numbers together, collaborating with local teams, city planners, and partners to shape what gets built where. What You’ll Do
- Drive the overall growth strategy for our Southern European portfolio across Italy, Spain, and France.
- Lead commercial leasing for retail, dining, and extra spaces from initial concept all the way to signed agreements.
- Set strong commercial terms for rent, indexation, and incentives to protect long-term property value.
