Stiamo cercando uno/a Corporate Strategy & Business Intelligence Analyst da inserire nel nostro team, dove analisi di mercato e dei trend tecnologici e strategia coesistono.

Nel ruolo seguirai l'evoluzione dei mercati e delle tecnologie del settore energetico, trasformando informazioni complesse in insight strategici per Snam.

Cosa farai in particolare:

- Monitorare l'evoluzione del settore energetico nazionale e internazionale: mercati del gas naturale, LNG ed elettricità (mix di generazione, drivers di domanda), processi di decarbonizzazione, energy storage e filiere low carbon (CCS, biometano, idrogeno etc.), nuove tecnologie, identificando implicazioni strategiche per Snam
- Produrre approfondimenti tematici a supporto del management, contestualizzando la narrazione strategica del Gruppo
- Predisporre materiali executive con rigore analitico

Cosa serve per unirti al nostro team?

- Inglese fluente
- Laurea magistrale in Economia, Ingegneria, STEM o discipline affini, con 1–3 anni di esperienza professionale rilevante
- Ottima conoscenza (o fortissima motivazione ad acquisirla) del settore energetico
- Capacità di analisi quantitativa, sintesi e comunicazione scritta, con esperienza nella predisposizione di presentazioni, report e materiali a supporto di interlocutori senior
- Gestione autonoma dei propri task e delle priorità, mantenendo un elevato standard di ordine e precisione.
- Analisi critica delle problematiche e proposta di soluzioni innovative e ben strutturate.
- Collaborazione attiva con i colleghi per raggiungere gli obiettivi comuni, condividendo propria attività e cercando feedback e best practice dai colleghi.

Completano il profilo ideale

- Ottima padronanza di Excel, Powerpoint e familiarità con strumenti di intelligenza artificiale
- Esperienza in progetti trasversali, attività di pianificazione strategica, market monitoring, analisi di mercato o studi di settore rappresenterà un elemento di valore aggiunto

CCNL applicato: Energia e Petrolio

Tipologia contrattuale: Apprendistato/ Indeterminato La retribuzione offerta sarà commisurata all’esperienza maturata e alle competenze specifiche.

La Retribuzione Annua Lorda minima per il ruolo è indicativamente pari a €43.600.

In caso di contratto di apprendistato professionalizzante, alla retribuzione sarà applicata la percentualizzazione prevista dal CCNL di riferimento per la specifica tipologia contrattuale.

La posizione è inoltre destinataria di un sistema incentivante annuale, secondo le policy aziendali.

Corporate Strategy & Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Corporate Strategy & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team, where market and technology trend analysis meet strategic thinking.

In this role, you will monitor the evolution of energy markets and technologies, transforming complex information into strategic insights for Snam.

What you will do

- Monitor the evolution of the national and international energy sector, including:
- Natural gas, LNG, and electricity markets (generation mix, demand drivers)
- Decarbonization processes
- Energy storage solutions
- Low-carbon value chains (CCS, biomethane, hydrogen, etc.)
- Emerging technologies

- Produce thematic analyses and insights to support management, helping to frame and strengthen the Group’s strategic narrative
- Prepare executive-level materials with a high degree of analytical rigor and attention to detail

What you need to join our team

- Fluent English
- Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, STEM disciplines, or a related field, with 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong knowledge of the energy sector, or a demonstrated commitment and motivation to rapidly develop such expertise
- Excellent quantitative analytical, synthesis, and written communication skills, with experience preparing presentations, reports, and materials for senior stakeholders
- Ability to independently manage tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop innovative, well-structured solutions
- Collaborative mindset, actively working with colleagues to achieve shared objectives, sharing knowledge, and seeking feedback and best practices

Preferred qualifications

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with familiarity with AI-powered tool




- Experience in cross-functional projects, strategic planning, market monitoring, market analysis, or industry studies will be considered a strong asset

National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL): Energy & Petroleum Industry

Contract Type: Professional Apprenticeship/Permanent Employment Contract

Compensation will be aligned with your experience and specific competencies.

The minimum Gross Annual Compensation (RAL) for this role is approximately €43.600.

For professional apprenticeship contracts, compensation will be subject to the percentage adjustments provided by the applicable collective labour agreement for this specific contract type.

The position is also eligible for an annual incentive scheme in accordance with company policies.
