ready to support and lead our exceptional restaurant team.** **Key Responsibilities | Responsabilità principali**
- Essere il principale rappresentante e host del ristorante, garantendo relazioni eccellenti con gli ospiti.
- Coordinare e supervisionare il team F&B;, assicurando standard di servizio elevati e consistenti.
- Interagire quotidianamente con gli ospiti per costruire fidelizzazione e raccogliere feedback.
- Collaborare con il marketing per eventi, attivazioni e visibilità del brand.
- Monitorare il flusso del servizio e risolvere in modo intraprendente eventuali criticità operative.
- Formare, motivare e ispirare lo staff sul servizio e sull’interazione con l’ospite.
- Supportare nella gestione prenotazioni, clienti VIP ed esperienze personalizzate.
- Promuovere una cultura “guest-first” trasformando ogni visita in un momento memorabile.
- Be the primary representative and host of the restaurant, ensuring excellent guest relations.
- Lead and supervise the F&B; team, ensuring high and consistent service standards.
- Engage daily with guests to build loyalty and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing on events, activations, and brand visibility.
- Monitor service flow and proactively address operational challenges.
- Train, motivate, and inspire staff in service standards and guest engagement.
- Support in managing bookings, VIP clients, and personalized experiences.
- Foster a guest-first culture that transforms visits into memorable moments.
**What We’re Looking For**:
Previous experience in F&B; management or guest relations in premium/luxury hospitality Strong leadership and communication skills Warm, confident personality with excellent grooming and presence Fluency in Italian and English (other languages are a plus) A proactive, hands-on attitude and high emotional intelligence Passionate about hospitality, people, and storytelling Familiarity with restaurant marketing and promotional activities is a strong advantage **Richiediamo**: - Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di supervisione F&B; in strutture di ospitalità luxury.
