Responsibilities
Design and deploy new, scalable frameworks for category management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities across international markets.
Constantly challenge the status quo by leveraging AI, automation, and advanced tooling to optimize commercial workflows and scale solutions globally.
Act as the primary analytical partner for the Italian market, adapting global strategies to drive local growth and performance.
Partner with marketing, product, tech, and local commercial teams to align program strategies and translate complex data into actionable business plans.
Build, maintain, and automate dashboards that synthesize multi-source data into digestible insights for leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
Proficiency in SQL.
Excel.
Python.
AI fluency for data automation and optimisation.
1–2 years of experience in project/program management, data analytics, or commercial strategy within e-commerce, retail, or the food‐delivery sector.
Proven track record of owning a program end‐to‐end.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead data‐driven discussions and influence stakeholders globally.
Fluent English and professional proficiency in Italian are required given the market focus.
