About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative who specializes in recruitment, advising, and sales. This role is pivotal in demonstrating the unique value of our programs and driving student enrollment to meet our ambitious growth targets. You will be the first point of contact for potential students, helping them understand how our programs can advance their careers, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This is a goal-oriented role focused on sales and customer acquisition, ideal for individuals with experience in B2C sales or recruitment who thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments. Start Date: Monday, 12 January, 2025 Key Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to prospective students based on their availability (typically mid-day and early evenings).
- Conduct engaging video consultations to showcase the value of our programs.
- Guide students through the qualification process and ensure timely completion of their enrollment.
- Handle objections and overcome challenges related to enrollment deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with your team and manager to meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Consistently demonstrate a solutions-oriented approach to meeting recruitment goals. Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in B2C sales, with a strong understanding of inside sales or consultative selling.
- Background in recruitment, career advising, or education sales.
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions, even in high-pressure environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and customer focus.
- Target-driven, with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities. Language Requirements: - English: Minimum C1 level.
