As a business analyst you'll actively participate, through your data driven insights, in optimizing performance and supporting operational teams & project roll-out. In this highly transverse role, you'll interact with a wide spectrum of teams (Operations/Acquisitions/Product/Commercial) and actively participate in the group's growth dynamic.
You'll support the daily operations of the Business Operations team Create, update and track all business performance through analysis on a daily basis
- Effectively respond to ad-hoc report and analysis requests from marketing team leads, product management and other departments
- Proactively develop reports and analysis of performance including segmentation analysis
- Track, analyze, and alert teams of all key business KPIs and provide qualitative feedback in order to support business decision making;
Experience requirements Word Press administration and development of custom modules Bachelor in Computer Science / Information Technology / Mathematics /Statistics or equivalent experience +3 years experience in a similar role Previous experience in the Mobile VAS industry is a must Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
